Reserve Barossa Shiraz
Wine
Tim Smith Wines Reserve Barossa Shiraz is based on fruit from the Eden Valley in the Barossa's high country. Parcels from the Barossa Valley floor complete the mix.
The fruit is typically picked early to preserve its natural acidity and varietal character. For maturation, French oak is used. Most of the barrels are larger format puncheons. The wine is bottled unfined and unfiltered.
Deep red, Tim Smith Wines Reserve Barossa Shiraz offers lively dark fruit characters with spice and powder-fine tannins. Cellaring potential is 10 years.
